Learn how to search for a specific booking on Peekaboox
When a booking is created or requested, it will firstly appear on your ‘Bookings’ page where you can easily view or manage your bookings.
From there, in order to accept a booking or simply refuse the reservation, you need to search for that specific booking and locate the request in the list of bookings. You can use different patterns to search and filter results such as ID number, type of service, status, customer details, dates and duration, as well as total amount. You can sort them by ascending or descending also.
To search for a specific booking, simply;
- Go to ‘Bookings’ tab.
- Use the search box at the upper right hand side of the page
